ESPORTCAVE BONUS PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The eSportcave Bonus Promotions Terms and Conditions apply to You, the User of this application, and eSportcave Limited, the Owner and operator of the following application: eSportcave. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY as they affect Your legal right.

  1. Definitions:

    • "Parties" means both You (the user of the Service) and the Owner of this Service.
    • "Bonus" means nontransferable non-monetary reward for signups, deposits and referrals
    • "Content" means any content, writing, images, audiovisual content or other information published on this Service.
    • "Terms" means these terms and conditions.
    • "Service" means the application, which is known as: eSportcave including all pages, sub pages, all blogs, forums and other connected internet content whatsoever.
    • "Services" means the services offered on the Application.

  2. About this Application:

    The Application is an online gaming platform that engages players and grants them access to compete against each other in skill-based games with an option to wager their game and win.
    This Application is comprised of various pages operated by eSportcave Limited. These eSportcave Bonus Promotions Terms and Conditions supplement and are an integral part of the Bonus Rules for any bonus promotion that may be made available on www.esportcave.com, eSportcave app, social media platforms and/or in the User account. This Service is offered to You upon Your acceptance of the Terms, conditions, notices hereinafter contained. Your use of this Service constitutes Your agreement to all the Terms contained herein.
    By using this Application, User acknowledges that You have reviewed, considered the Terms of this Agreement and understand same and agree to be bound by it. If You do not agree with these Terms or do not intend to be bound by it, You must quit the use of this Application immediately. In addition, when using these Service, You shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Accordingly, any participation in this Service shall constitute acceptance of this Agreement.
    By using this Application and agreeing to these Terms, User represents and warrants that You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms

  3. Participation:

    A user can participate in the Bonus promotion through signups, referral program and deposits.
    The bonus promotions and/or the bonus wallet are only accessible or available on the eSportcave app.

  4. Assignment:

    Only one bonus promotion type can be assigned to one user account within the bonus promotion term and is not transferable between the User accounts. The User can participate in multiple bonus promotions at any given day subject to these Bonus Terms and Conditions and the Bonus Rules.

  5. Bonus Account

    1. The Bonus will be credited to the bonus wallet of the User account provided:
      1. the User meets the relevant Signup, Referral and Deposit Wagering Requirements, where applicable, unless specified otherwise in the Bonus Rules.
    2. The deposits received from another user’s account do not qualify. eSportcave may, at its sole discretion, assign the discretionary amount of credit to the User account bonus wallet; in such case, only bonus wagering requirements apply.
    3. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn from the User account. It however can be used as entry fee for the relevant game or games on which the bonus is eligible only.

  6. Acceptable Use

    1. The Bonus promotion license created under these Terms is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.
    2. User agrees that You will not use the Contents or Materials for any other purpose which may be contrary to your license to use this Service.
    3. Any unauthorized use by You shall terminate the permission or license granted by this Application.

  7. Prohibited Use

    Without preconception to the provisions of the eSportcave General Terms and Conditions, if any term of these Bonus Terms and Conditions and/or the Bonus Rules is breached and/or there is suspicion or evidence (including in eSportcave’s electronic records) of abuse of the bonus promotion in any way, including, without limitation, any attempts to participate in the bonus promotion more than once, or in the event of an abuse of an error or malfunction in eSportcave system, eSportcave reserves the right to
    1. suspend access to the account;
    2. request supporting evidence from the Customer, such as proof of funds and the ID in a satisfactory format;
    3. take any such other actions as may be deemed appropriate to investigate the account activity;
    4. reclaim any bonus funds and the bonus winnings from the bonus wallet and where bonus balance has been redeemed, from the general account balance;
    5. cancel any open entry games initiated from the bonus wallet;
    6. cancel the bonus promotion and/or eligibility for any future bonus promotion;
    7. close the account without the right for reinstatement; and/or report any abuse to the law enforcement authorities as may be required or permitted by law. Bonus abuse encompasses, without limitation, bonus wallet exceeding N100,000

  8. User Bonus Account

    1. 5-10% bonus received is added as entry fee on each game
    2. Only the bonus balance generated from the Bonus wallet for the completed promotion(-s), if any, can be added as entry fee at any time.
    3. If User’s bonus wallet balance is Zero (0), 100% entry fee will be charged from deposit/withdrawal account

  9. Privacy Policy

    Our privacy policy explains how we treat Your personal data and protect Your privacy when You use our Service. By using our Service, You agree that the Owner can use such data in the manner described in the our privacy policy

  10. General Provisions

    1. Amendment: eSportcave reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions, cancel the bonus promotion, alter or amend the Bonus Rules at any time if deemed necessary in its opinion, if the circumstances arise outside of its control or if required by law. In all such circumstances, eSportcave may allow the User to complete the bonus promotion according to the Bonus Rules unless prevented from doing so by law or then current relevant circumstances.
    2. Registration: The registration and use of the account, the deposits, the games, the withdrawals and complaints are subject to the eSportcave General Terms and Conditions unless specified otherwise in these Bonus Terms and Conditions.
    3. Assignment: eSportcave shall be permitted to assign, transfer its rights and/or obligations under these Terms. However, User shall not be permitted to assign, transfer any rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
    4. Entire Agreement: These Terms, disclaimers and any other agreement relating to the use of this Application constitutes the entire agreement and shall supersede any other agreement
    5. Applicable law: These Terms may be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws, regulations or guidelines of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other treaties, or regulations which is applicable in Nigeria
    6. Variation: eSportcave may revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Application, User undertakes that You shall review the terms of the revised Terms before accepting same. If any part of the of the Terms or any modification thereof is considered invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall be considered valid and enforceable.
    7. Waiver: Failure to exercise any right in these Terms shall not operate as a waiver. The right or remedies herein provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any right or remedies provided by law.
    8. Severability: Every provision contained herein is intended to be severable. If any provision is invalid for any reason whatsoever, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of other clauses of these Term
